Results from our HVAC work, and what a roofer can take from them

Every result below comes from our HVAC and heating clients, and we label it that way. What transfers to roofing is the method: consistent review requests, specific credibility and content that answers buyers' questions.

These are results from our HVAC work. Roofing.Bio is a roofing brand-profile service, but our published case studies are heating and cooling companies, and we present them exactly as that. Below, each result is named, linked and followed by a short note on what a roofing owner can reasonably take from it, and what they can't.

Reputation: GasBoilers.ca

We built GasBoilers.ca as a gas-boiler division for CANRO Heat. Its coverage map spans 26+ BC communities, and its Google listing shows 5.0★ from 76+ Google reviews.

What transfers to roofing: that kind of review profile comes from asking consistently, not from clever tricks. Every customer, every time, through a channel they agreed to, followed by owner replies. That is the core of our review strategy, and it works the same way for a re-roof as for a boiler install.

What doesn't: heating companies see customers more often, through service calls and maintenance. Roofers usually get one chance per customer, so the request has to be well timed.

Lead growth: CanroHeat.ca and BCWide.ca

CanroHeat.ca achieved 250% lead growth. BCWide.ca reached 3× leads in 90 days.

What transfers: the building blocks of our lead work, such as clear service pages, a complete local profile and contact options one tap away, apply to any trade. For a roofer, the same structure applies, with the trust pages (owner story, credentials, warranty) doing more of the persuading because the ticket is larger.

What doesn't: lead volume in roofing is more seasonal and weather-driven. A 90-day window in winter would tell a roofer very little.

Organic growth: Roma Heating & Cooling

Roma Heating & Cooling saw 400% organic traffic growth in 12 months.

What transfers: organic traffic grows when pages answer real questions in plain language. A roofing warranty page, a "what to expect on re-roof day" page and an honest owner story are exactly the kind of pages buyers search for and read.

Content depth: HeatLand

For HeatLand, we produced 850+ SEO articles, and leads rose 300% in 6 months.

What transfers: volume of useful content builds authority over time. What doesn't: most roofing companies don't need 850 articles. They need a dozen excellent pages that answer buyers' trust questions. Quality and accuracy matter more than count in a brand-profile project.

Why HVAC results are still relevant to roofers

Heating and roofing look different on the surface, but they share the features that matter for brand profiles. Both involve expensive, infrequent decisions. Both ask a homeowner to trust a crew with a part of the house they can't easily judge. And in both, buyers lean on reviews, warranties and the visible character of the owner when choosing between quotes.

That's why the parts of our HVAC method that deal with trust carry over best: consistent review requests, specific and checkable company information, and pages that answer real buyer questions. The parts tied to heating seasons, service agreements and emergency calls carry over less, and we adjust for roofing's own rhythm of storm spikes, spring quoting and short building seasons in much of the country.

What we won't show you

You won't find roofing-sector percentages on this page, star ratings we didn't earn, or quotes from unnamed clients. If we publish roofing case studies in the future, they'll name the company and link its live site, the same way the HVAC results do.

What we'd measure for a roofing company

We start with a baseline and track a short list:

Measure Why it matters
Review requests sent vs jobs completed Shows whether the routine is actually running
New reviews per month, and newest review date Recency is what buyers notice
About, credentials and warranty page visits that lead to contact Shows whether trust pages are persuading
Close rate on quotes with the proof pack Ties the profile to revenue

Reading results honestly

Be wary of any marketer who shows you large percentage gains without a client name and a link. Ours are named so you can check them, and the full list is on HVAC.Agency's case studies page. We don't promise results; we show our method and measure it openly.

See our services, pricing or contact page to discuss your roofing company.

Frequently asked questions

Do you have roofing case studies?

Not published ones, and we won't dress up HVAC numbers as roofing results. What we show here is what the method produced for heating companies, and why parts of it apply to roofers.

Will a roofing company see the same numbers?

There's no way to promise that. Roofing has different job values, seasons and buying cycles. We set a baseline for your company first and report against it.

Where can I check these results myself?

Each client is linked to its live website, and the full list is on HVAC.Agency's case studies page. You're welcome to look before you call us.

Why lead with GasBoilers.ca?

Because its result is about reviews and reputation, which is closest to what Roofing.Bio does. The traffic and lead results matter too, but they come from wider marketing programs.
